Our room was spacious and well equipped, exceeding our expectations. the staff was welcoming and helped us when needed. the outdoor area was lovely to relax and have a drink. the location was convenient to reach the nearby ski resort and explore the surrounding area.
The breakfast could have been better quality, with some fruits being old and dry. the WiFi signal was weak and non-existent in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to go skiing at Erbeskopf Ski resort, which was only a 10-minute drive away. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we had a delicious dinner there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a table ready for us at breakfast. The food in the morning was also great. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff provided all the necessary amenities in the bathroom.
Cannot find any fault.

The WiFi signal in some rooms is weak or non, existent.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was great, close to a ski resort and with delicious food available at the hotel restaurant.
The WiFi was not available in our room which was a bit of a letdown. the breakfast could have been of better quality with fresher fruits and more variety.
